World Central Kitchen will celebrate the chefs, cuisine, culture, and spirit of the people of Puerto Rico through Puerto Rico House at their signature event, Dine-N-Dash on June 6th.

The one-night-only activation will feature food and drink from the leading chefs behind #ChefsForPuertoRico including Wilo Benet (Pikayo), Jose Enrique (Jose Enrique Restaurant), Xoimar Manning (Yummy Dumplings Food Truck) and Yareli Manning (Meatball Company/Pa’l Pita). In addition to serving Puerto Rican dishes and drinks, the pop-up in Penn Quarter will showcase art, music, and other activations from the island.

“I’m excited to welcome my friends to Washington D.C. to be part of Dine-N-Dash,” WCK founder José Andrés remarked. “I’ve experienced firsthand the beauty of this island and the generosity of its people. I hope everyone will be inspired to visit and invest in Puerto Rico through this celebration.”

Puerto Rico House at Dine-N-Dash will be open to VIP guests from 5:30 – 7 PM with José Andrés and Andrew Zimmern, and to all Dine-N-Dash attendees from 7 PM – 10 PM. All proceeds from the event support World Central Kitchen’s ongoing relief and empowerment projects. Early bird ticket sales end on Saturday, so buy yours now at dinendash.info!
