This morning our executive director Brian MacNair, along with Chef Frederick de Pue of Table and the newest addition to the Penn Quarter dining scene, Azur were featured on NewsChannel 8’s Let’s Talk Live. Chef Frederick de Pue’s Azur is one of the 6 restaurants that will be a part of our Dine n Dash event next Tuesday. His restaurant is all about highlighting delicious, fresh, and sustainably sourced seafood. On the show today he gave a sneak preview of some of the dishes that Azur will be serving up next week exclusively for the Dine n Dash–guests will be in for a treat.
