Each year at the National Restaurant Association show in Chicago, chefs gather to show off their skills at the Championship BBQ and Cookout. This year’s event, held on Sunday, May 22, benefitted World Central Kitchen. Thirteen local Chicago chefs participated in the competition, which paid homage to the late food writer and co-founder of Food & Wine Magazine, Michael Batterberry.
