This week, Chef José Andrés visited our first project, Boulanjri Beni (Blessed Bakery), at the Zanmi Beni orphanage in Port-au-Prince – and taught their team a few versions of a tilapia fish sandwich.

The orphanage, which has its own tilapia farm, will sell the sandwhich, grilled fish meals, and breads from Boulanjri Beni at their roadside restaurant.
