During José Andrés’ Thanksgiving trip to Haiti, a visit to our second World Central Kitchen culinary class revealed something unexpected.

The culinary class of sixteen students donned their World Central Kitchen chef coats and suited up to show off their skills to Chef José Andrés. As José made the rounds, he offered advice and encouragement to Haiti’s future chefs.
